Akwarius is committed to her craft and puts her all into her words and music. Akwarius believes that there is a musician in all of us just waiting to unleash its magic on the world. Although she doesn't have a background filled with a family of musicians, she says her mom, dad and sister can really blow. Her first step to her musical journey not only began on MySpace Music, but it also begun the very first time she hit a stage in front of adoring fans. "At that very moment I knew this is where I wanted to be, was destined to be, and where I am going to be." Akwarius pulls inspiration from a plethra of places, mainly her Creator!!
Akwarius loves nothing more than to share her stories, her thoughts and her feelings to the world through her music. When asked what's more important, Fortune or Fame, she responded by saying, "Neither fortune or fame is of any importance over the other, because if you create good music, good soulful music than those two little words won't matter. Especially when someone listens to my album and they are like, girl I really felt track 6 or track 2 helped me through some rough patches in my life, that's what is important to me." Let this journey be one I will never forget, and never regret. My God has blessed me with a talent and I want to share it with the world and beyond. Akwarius...mind...body...and soul!!

"Our walk with Christ is defined by the ability to give praise under ever circumstance! Being able to praise God even in the bad times builds spiritual Character and increased intimacy with God. There are so many misconceptions regarding service to Jesus Christ, one of which is the segregation of religion.
When worship is ever mentioned, instantaneously it is thought of in such a cooperate and religious manner... but in my mind... worship is an action induced by overwhelming love and affection. When you love someone or something so much, that your entire being revolves around it, and your existence seem so void without it! that emotion expressed as a result is indeed worship! worship in my mind is the closest any mortal come to expressing LOVE! It is my goal to declare the love and good news of Jesus, as a result, opening the doors of intimacy and breaking down all barriers of religion, race, status or culture and give the lost an avenue to plug into the King of Kings, JESUS CHRIST. This series is outlined to make you get jiggy wid it, sing out loud & get to a new level of intimacy with Jesus Christ."

TRIZONNA MCCLENDON - "Born to Sing" Born in the city of Chicago, which is known for its blues legends, the magnificent mile and its remarkable skyline, Trizonna McClendon personifies the soul that surrounds this so-called 2nd city. Inspired by a multitude of artists (ranging from Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, MC Lyte, and the smooth grooves of Michael Franks) Trizonna has developed her own sound that she simply refers to as "my soul." Never one to abandon quality lyrics, Trizonna's musical style can best be described as a mixture of the sexy maturity of Sade and the thought-inducing playfulness of Jill Scott.
One could say that Trizonna was born with music in her bones because it has always been a part of her life. Trizonna's father, a former musician, shared a wide variety of music with her throughout childhood, which provided a deep and diverse musical foundation. As a teen Trizonna moved with her mother to Oakland, California were she joined the Castlemont Castleers, a high school choir that several members of the funk/soul band Tony Toni Tone were once a part of. During that period she toured with the Castleers throughout northern California and the Midwest, but after three short years she returned home to Chicago. Unfortunately, trying times followed, so she spent the next several years down-playing her God-given gift. It wasn't until she was encouraged to sing at a friend's wedding did she realize that music would be her contribution to the world.
The days of doubt are over and Trizonna is more confident than she's ever been about sharing her gift with all who will listen. Not only is this soulful sista a very refreshing addition to an unapologetically contrived society, she also brings an original sound that we all yearn for. Born to sing may have been an album title made popular during the early 90's by a group of well-respected divas, but if there were a metaphor to this title it would read Trizonna McClendon. .
